You are not alone!

Todavía con el mal sabor de boca que dejó la pérdida de  Ilya Zhitomirskiy, quien fuera cofundador de Diaspora (alternativa a los grandes mounstros de las redes sociales), me encontré leyendo en liberationtech algo muy ad hoc, y es que según en una declaración a la cadena de televisión ABC la muerte de Ilya fue posiblemente un suicidio. Un tema que pese a dar cifras alarmantes año con año sigue permaneciendo como un tabú, sin duda algo que da para pensar.

Let's make it OK to talk about these things so that we don't feel so alone with our feelings of being alone and depressed or suicidal.

This is not a support group -- none of us are trained professionals, but we can get together in a safe, confidential space to talk about depression and suicide -- an important part of life for so many of us geeks.
